30 Week Bumpdate

in Uncategorized on July 21, 2014

How Many Weeks Along? 30 weeks, but my doctor measured me a week ahead at my appointment this week. Whoa!!
Size of Baby: a butternut squash
Gender: Sweet baby girl
Weight Gain: Up 1 pound this week, so up 14 pounds total.
Movement: It’s pretty constant, but she is not flipping around like she used to. Just lots of jabs from her arms and legs and feeling her head constantly on my bladder.
Maternity Clothes: Yes, I especially enjoyed wearing my maternity shorts/jeans this week, as my stomach got huge this past week. Yikes!
Symptoms: Just feeling sore this week. My doctor confirmed for me this week that she is head down, so that explains a lot of the frequent bathroom trips and increased pelvic pressure. Feeling so excited to meet this little girl!
Sleep: Getting harder to get comfortable. But sleep has been pretty good.
Cravings: It has been sweet corn week this past week, so I have been craving fresh corn on the cob. SO GOOD!!
Looking Forward To: Eric’s sisters and their families are coming into town this week for our stay on the farm family vacation. It will be so fun for all of us to be together.
Best Moment of the Week: We had sweet corn day today and we had a great crop this year! Eric also got all of the walls up on our house this week, so our roof will go on in the next week or so. Yippee!
