How Many Weeks Along? 36 weeks
Size of Baby: Still a large cantoloupe.
Gender: Baby girl. I’m so excited to let the world know what her name is 🙂
Weight Gain: Down 1 pound this week, up 18 pounds total. Pretty sure that drop is due to my returning nausea.
Movement: Yes, but she is pretty scrunched in there. Movements are very restricted, but she continues to give me super low head butts. I’m convinced she is just going to pop an arm out and wave at me one of these days.
Maternity Clothes: Yes. Starting to get some shortness of breath and discomfort when I wear things too tight around my chest. But these days I’m living for maxi dresses and gym shorts!
Symptoms: Continued back pain, nausea has returned pretty significantly and the newest one… Bladder spasms. Yuck. Ick. Ouch like whoa dang. I had this start a couple of days before going into labor with Nora, so we will see how long this lasts. Still having random contractions, but nothing close enough together to worry.
Sleep: Eh, it’s been better.
Cravings: Cold things still taste good. Honey Nut Cheerios have really hit the spot this week, too!
Best Moment of the Week: I got a few freezer meals made this week, along with scrubbing out my fridge, freezer, kitchen drawers and pantry. Feeling nice and clean around here! We also have had over 3 inches of rain this week, which has been great for our beans, but it has stalled Eric on getting the roof finished on the house. Selfishly, it was so nice having him home for a couple of days 🙂 This farmer’s wife will take what she can get these days, especially since we don’t see him very much 🙁
Looking Forward To: The ONLy thing that one should be looking forward to…..NEBRASKA FOOTBALL starts today! As we speak, there is a turkey in the oven, my mulled cider candle is burning and College Gameday is on TV. I am so looking forward to this season and to the great “Husker Thanksgivng Feast” which will commence this afternoon. Go Big Red!!!!
