How Many Weeks Along? 19 weeks
Size of Baby: A mango…up to a whole half a pound!
Gender: Next week we will finally know!!
Weight Gain: Up one more pound – up 5 pounds total.
Maternity Clothes: My mom sent me a couple of new outfits from H&M for my birthday. I wouldn’t have bought them and spoiled myself with them, but my mom knows exactly my taste and got me some adorable pieces. Made me feel so good!
Movement: Lots and lots! I love laying down and pulling my shirt up to watch this little baby kick around. Finally getting to see some rolling, too!
Symptoms: I have been quite reluctant to post this, but I feel like I should be honest, at least with myself. I am SO BLESSED to be carrying this little one, I’m overjoyed to be it’s Mommy! However, this pregnancy has been so different than my first with Nora. I have been SUPER emotional, lots of round ligament pain and general achiness/discomfort, continued nausea and other ridiculous stomach problems… I have just been having a harder time enjoying being pregnant this time around versus before. Lots of symptoms that I had near the end of my pregnancy with her have popped up the past week or two, which has been an unpleasant surprise. Not to mention that I had the stress of having to confront my chiropractor this past week that he stepped over some major lines trying to push his holistic guilt/beliefs on me and Nora has entered the terrible twos about 5 months too early, my heart has been heavy all week. It’s completely worth it to bring life and love to this little baby growing inside of me, but man it’s been kind of hard the past week or two! Here’s to a new week ahead!!
Sleep: Getting up once to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Having lots of Harry Potter dreams, but I have the feeling that with 24 starting up again tonight, that my dreams could quickly change to Jack Bauer 🙂
Cravings: I had Chipotle’ today after weeks of craving it and it was glorious. Have been super thirsty this week, too, so water has been a big craving!
Best Moment of the Week: We went to the Omaha Zoo for my birthday Friday and we had a blast! Eric took me out for a sushi date that night, too, and we had such a nice time just the two of us.
Looking Forward To: We are supposed to have weather in the 90’s this week and I’m hoping Nora and I can get out and do some more sprinkler running 🙂 I mean how cute is this little girl in her new bathing suit?

girl! thanks for popping over to my corner of farm world. 🙂 first of all…did you know you're a no-reply blogger? so people can't reply to your comments. if you meant for it to be that way…disregard. 🙂 but if not…this link will tell you how to fix it! http://www.venustrappedinmars.com/2013/06/google-ultimate-no-reply-blogger.html
secondly…that is very disturbing having them run through the walls! gah! kaye tried to pick up a dead mouse just yesterday. i caught her in the nick of time. gag. so…i got an e-mail from another farm gal suggesting strawberry fruit snacks on a mouse trap. she swears it gets them every single time. we're going to try that tonight! crossing my fingers. 🙂

Ah, I'm so glad you said something! No, I didn't know that! I'm not very savvy when it comes to my blogging and what not, so I'm so glad you showed me this! I'm going to have to get that set up. Thanks for the link!
I'm so glad that there is someone else out there struggling with mice. It's nice to not fee alone 🙂 And I'm totally trying the strawberry fruit snack trick.
